How to determine the design pressure and design pressure of the pressure vessel

If the Pressure Vessel is provided with an overpressure release device, the design pressure shall be determined in accordance with Appendix B of GB/T150 Pressure Vessels. If the pressure vessel containing liquefied gas has reliable cold insulation facilities, the design pressure should be determined according to the maximum temperature that the medium in the container can reach under the working conditions of the specified capacity factor; Otherwise, it will be determined. For external pressure vessels (such as vacuum vessels, underwater vessels and buried vessels), the maximum internal and external pressure difference that can occur under normal operating conditions must be considered when determining the calculated pressure.
When determining the thickness of vacuum pressure vessel, the design pressure should be considered according to the external pressure; When safety controls such as pressure reducing valves are installed, the design pressure is 1.25 times the maximum pressure. Internal and external pressure difference or 0.12MPa, whichever is smaller; If there is no safety control device, use 0.1MPa.
For pressure vessels consisting of two or more pressure chambers, i.e. vessels with more than one pressure chamber, the design pressure of each pressure chamber shall be determined separately; The maximum pressure difference between adjacent chambers is taken into account when determining the calculated pressure of common components
