You don't know anything about air preheaters!

1. Start the air preheater frequency conversion, load the frequency to 50HZ, and start timing. After a delay of 10 seconds, it automatically switches to the power frequency. If the frequency fluctuates below 50HZ, the timing is restarted.
2. The converter operation panel is removable. Before powering on the air preheater, remove the converter operation panel. After power-on DCS air preheater screen does not alarm, does not affect the start. If the converter operation panel is removed after power-on, the DCS air preheater screen will show that the MCC is faulty and the air preheater is not allowed to start.
3. For the cleaning mode of air preheater, the switch is in the cleaning position during normal operation. If cleaning is required, switch to the OPTION position.
4. If it is in cleaning mode, that is, the switch is in OPTION position, the main motor cannot start, but the auxiliary motor can start.
5. Under normal circumstances, we will not clean the air preheater online. After the unit is shut down, we clean the air preheater. The detailed operations are as follows.
1. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the air preheater.
2. Set the air preheater transfer switch to the OPTION position.
3. Start the auxiliary motor of the air preheater, and the frequency converter of the air preheater will automatically increase to 25HZ. 4. Start the high-pressure washing pump of the air preheater for washing, or use industrial water for washing.
5. After cleaning, switch the switch of the air preheater to the cleaning position, the frequency converter will automatically rise to 50HZ, and switch to the power frequency after a delay of 10 seconds.
6. How to confirm the conversion to power frequency?
1. You can see whether the power frequency contactor is closed and the frequency conversion contactor is disconnected. Power frequency contactor is closed, frequency conversion contactor is disconnected, proof switch to power frequency.
2. View the operation panel of the frequency converter. The frequency of the converter drops to 0 and the air preheater runs, proving that the power frequency has been switched.
3. When the power frequency is on, the inverter contactor is disconnected, the current indicator is 0, the running indicator is off, the power frequency contactor is closed, the current is restored to about 24A no-load current, and the running indicator is on again.
